UOF DM Map Pack on the way!
I’m happy to announce that a ‘UOF DM Map Pack’ is on the way 😀
In the contrary of pack #1 and #2, the UOF team pooled its efforts on the Death Match (DM) game type this time.
This third map pack is our Christmas gift to the community 🙂 You can expect various styles expressed in small to medium maps. Inspiration has come form the UT2004 and earlier to some of Epic’s newest projects and still others drawing further afield.

Evil Map Pack by symphonyhell is now final!
The Evil Map Pack proposes a design different to the game, with a fully thematic vout for architecture and romanticism, while retaining the gameplay of UT3.
I was wondering when this pack would be released because it as been in beta for a long long time. I did provide some feedback in the beta phase & I THX him for bringing this unique pack final for the community 😀 Also THX him for his kind credits 😉 The pack feature mainly CTF & DM maps.

I provided feedback in the beta phase but didn’t had the chance to play with the final yet. The beta’s was very promising so I suggest you give it a try & most importantly leave a comments to the author 😉

I just played the map & overall, it’s a cool concept & also it include many custom assets which I can say they look very nice 😀

A beautiful map that take place in a sort of ruined garden cathedral 😀
Honestly, I have some issues about small things like meshes collisions, missing blocking volume & such. Many things could had been fixed easily but the map is visually a true piece of art. Also, there are many visuals effects & the music / ambient sounds are very nice 🙂

DM-Idoma by Fartuess and MJpoland is final
This is a UT2004 remake made originally by Sjoerd De Jong (Hourences). It as been in beta since many months now & I did leave some feedback in the dev process. It was a very promising remake. Now that I look at the final, it look like a fateful remake so if your searching for a nice remake, go ahead 😀
