Installation
Put the files into :
Local Drive:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\UnrealTournament\Saved\Paks\DownloadedPaks or
Local Drive:\UT4\UnrealTournament\UnrealTournament\Content\Paks
If this directory is not currently on your system, you can safely create it.
Details
A remake of my DM-Aly Second Edition for UT3. I’ve made what I could to optimize the level. This is what as been done :
- All decals, particles are visible only in ‘high’ mode.
- All hidden surfaces is using the stock ‘RemoveSurfaceMaterial’ to reduce memory usage.
- Landscape hidden areas have been set invisible.
- Manually fixed culling values on many, many meshes so they won’t be rendered if they aren’t visible to the camera.
- Many meshes as been merged together. Doing this make the level file larger BUT provide much more FPS reducing draw calls. I also made 1 to 4 additional LODs for each meshes (imported and/or merged).
Note, for all my levels I use Temporal AA since it offers the best visuals.

Fantastic work ! I’ve enjoyed both DM-Delta and CTF-Inflitrate for UT4. Also you’re one of the few that kept them updated every UT build. It looks awesome !

Steve…great map, thank you! I loved the heck out of your UT3 version (and all of your other maps!) and this one is equally good. It’s a shame that the low amount of feedback is demotivating, but the few of us that are here really appreciate your work. Thanks again!!

Great work ! Awesome map. A little heavy on the resources, but I can’t bring myself to lower the post-processing settings. It’s too beautiful.
