UDK Unreal Engine 3 ‘Samaritan’ real-time demo
I’ve saw the pics, but now I just watched the video. Damn !!! Not only the visuals are a huge WOW! but the atmosphere, style, characters, sounds are also astonishing. It’s like a merge of Manga & Blade Runner 😀
Now we can experience the full UE 3 with the latest DirectX 11 in all its HD glory 😀
As mentioned on PU; the demo was powered by three high-end graphics cards running in a multi-GPU setup, so we won’t be seeing games with this kind of graphical fidelity anytime soon, therefore Epic believe these are the kinds of visuals it expects from next-gen consoles…
When you start the trailer, you can change the video settings to look at it in HD 1080p 😉

If mini-me map or huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge map is your thing, you won’t be disappointed with this one ! They are so rare that when this kind of map is release, I like to advertise them 😀

I’ve saw the pics that was posted on BU forums about this map & I was curious to play the map when the time come. The pics alone where very pretty but the end result is even prettier !
This is a very promising level that as been in the work for more than a year, beside the author is renowned to build solids maps & as been helped with other talented mappers. I wouldn’t be surprise it will end up in my hot stuff, so go go go grab the map damn it !
