Unreal and Unreal Tournament are my all time top PC games. My website is dedicated to all HQ stuff related to the Unreal / UT world.

CTF-MarketDistrict by Coreper, added in the non finals

Been a while he didn’t release a map 🙂

From him :

After a long period of inactivity, I decided I just had to finish the map, and here it is, the first BETA! This is not just a simple conversion of WAR to CTF, but it features a lot more: Added routes from base to base, new elements, changed layouts and building structures! I tried my best to get the botpathing working properly, and I’m aware of the bug that some bots get stuck on the tunnel stairs. I have to fix that (I think I know how)…

UDK, Forget me not Annie (horror/puzzle) – Vancouver film school project

WOW, really like this school project 😀

From the team :

Forget Me Not Annie is a student project created by 4 students in a span of 3 or so months (1 week left as of today to finish up to final product and present) for the Vancouver Film School Game Design program in Vancouver. The game takes place in a 15 year old girl mind as she goes through therapy. The setting is a dark almost horror like feel, and the game play is strictly puzzle related. We tried to take parts of Amnesia and Portal… and mix them together as best as we could !

DM-Mégane, post # 1

Well, this post is concerning my next very detailed level.

The level name is Mégane, which is a French first name but for gaming naming, I remove the accent on the ‘e’.

Since it’s more convenient to show the dev & gather comments on a forum rather then a blog, I’ve made a dev thread on Epic here that I intent to update once in a while. Of course my blog will always contain the latest definitive info in the level page while the forum serve me as a WIP only.

As for the theme, It’s the first time I use a combination of brick & techy meshes & materials. I already use custom textures for the floor provide by mAlkAv!An. My inspiration come from stock maps but as always, I use my own style of mixing the assets to obtain a different look. I also want to obtain an UT99 feel to it. The blue & red colors are pretty much dominant in UT99. My goal is to obtain the classic look & feel by using colors & no saturation. The main color is yellowish & all areas use little spots of blue &/or red colors like in the old times. Expect contrast & darker lighting in many spots, like in real life.

I also plan to add many animated stuff, like broken fans, garage doors that moves, crates that goes up and down on a moving platform & such. Basic but cool 😀

I don’t have any planned release date yet. At least I can say I started this level in mid-December at the same time we’ve release the ‘UOF DM Map Pack‘.

So look at Epic thread for the dev & don’t be shy to leave constructive feedback.

Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock on PC, PS3, and PS Vita

Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock made by Supermassive Games, will be release for PC, PS3, and PS Vita via UE3 in March 2012. It will be the first PS Vita game powered by the engine.

The game look & sound very cool. Not to mention it is very accurate when you compare with the TV series, which is awesome 😀
