My mapping status, November 2011

A little update about my November mapping status.

If you notice, I have severals maps in the work. To give you more details, here is their status :

CTF-Citius, RC2
DM-Amissa, final
DM-Amissa Night Edition, final

DOM-Itarion, final

All my maps are getting private testing. Don’t hope for a public release for anything that isn’t final. My DM maps will be include in a map pack while my CTF map will be release alone. I can’t tell nothing at the moment about the pack, still, now you know that all my stuff will be release soon 😀

Ballistic weapons mods and mutators for UT2004

It amaze me to see that HQ stuff are still released for UT2004 😀 So this about ‘Sergeant Kelly’s BW Bonus Pack V9’. From Runestorm:

Featuring an additional 18 weapons from the previous version to bring the total up to 34 new weapons!

New ‘Free 3D models / game assets’ by Campagnini

Just saw that Campagnini released some free 3d models / game assets 😀 You can download an empty cardboard boxes & a simple industrial button 🙂 Nice work 🙂

New ‘Free pillars models’ by Nobiax

He keep releasing awesome free goodies one after another 😀 I THX him a lot for everything he released so far 🙂

“This an old stuff I was working on and which I completed today. Yeah, I know it’s huge. I hesitated between a package for each pillar or 1 package for all. Tha maps are 2048 so that’s why it’s so heavy.”

UDK, Leonard Gonzalez – Sci-Fi scene

This is one of the best of the best sci-fi scene I saw since many years 😀 This scene as been completely done by Leonard Gonzalez, a very talented guy.

“This is an environment I created for my new demo reel. It was inspired by one of my favorite games, Mass Effect 2. The environments in that game and the sky boxes are simply staggering to say the least. I decided I wanted to create a clean, futuristic space that could be used in a game like Mass Effect. I planned everything out with some concept sketches and diagrams I drew up on paper, then collected hundred of images for reference.” You can find more explanation on Vimeo & his homepage.
